Job Summary
The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) is responsible for welcoming guests, ensuring excellent customer service, handling guest enquiries, and maintaining positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
* Assist guests with seating arrangements and reservations.
* Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
* Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
* Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Follow up on guest feedback and take appropriate action to resolve concerns.
* Build positive relationships with regular and VIP guests.
* Promote menu items, special offers, and restaurant services when appropriate.
* Maintain professional grooming, personal hygiene, and communication standards.
* Encourage guests to provide feedback and online reviews.
* Support the Restaurant Manager in maintaining service quality and hospitality standards.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs
Qualifications & Requirements
* Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in English and Malayalam; Hindi is an advantage.
* Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
* Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
* Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
