ESCA SOLAR is hiring enthusiastic and hardworking ITI and Diploma holders to join our growing team in the solar energy sector.
We are looking for candidates for multiple roles, including:
- Solar Installation & Technical Support – Solar panel installation, inverter setup, wiring, and commissioning.
- Service & Complaint Handling – Troubleshooting, maintenance, customer support, and resolving technical complaints.
- Liaisoning & Documentation – PSPCL-related documentation, net metering processes, approvals, and coordination with departments.
- Field Operations – Site visits, technical inspections, and coordination with customers and installation teams.
Eligibility
- ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics,
or a relevant technical trade.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Willingness to learn, work in the field, and grow with the company.
- Good communication skills and a responsible attitude.
