Akarsa Studio is a truth-first performance marketing and creative agency based in Indore, with a presence in Dubai. We run Meta Ads, Google Ads, ChatGPT Ads and Reddit Ads, handle influencer marketing, create content and branding, and build AI-driven analytics for brands. Brands we have worked with include Starbucks, Adidas and Decathlon. We only market real, verified products and never fake metrics.

The role

We are looking for freelance sales partners to bring new clients to the agency. You will find and approach business owners and marketing heads, explain our services, and book meetings with our founders, who join the calls to close deals. This is a remote, freelance role with flexible hours.

What you will do

- Find and qualify leads: D2C brands, restaurants, real estate firms and other growing businesses in India and Dubai

- Reach out by phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and email

- Pitch our services clearly and honestly, with no false promises about results





- Book discovery calls with our team and follow up until the client decides

- Keep a simple record of your leads and where each one stands

What we are looking for

- Experience in B2B sales, lead generation or agency sales

- Clear spoken and written English and Hindi

- Basic understanding of digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media)

- Self-driven and comfortable working independently towards targets

- Your own laptop or phone and a reliable internet connection
