Job Summary
We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Executive to meet clients, understand their commercial property requirements, coordinate with businesses and property owners, onboard suitable properties, and support successful property deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients and understand their commercial property requirements.
- Coordinate with brands, businesses, buyers, sellers, and property owners.
- Identify suitable commercial properties based on client needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and property partners.
- Arrange site visits and coordinate property showings.
- Source commercial properties and assist with onboarding.
- Follow up with clients and owners to progress property transactions.
- Coordinate negotiations and assist in closing property deals.
- Maintain client records and share regular updates with the team.
Requirements
- Any degree is acceptable.
- 0.6–3 years of experience in real estate, sales, or business development is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Kannada and English language skills preferred.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and business partners.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
