Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be a Civil Engineering graduate with good technical knowledge, willingness to learn, and an interest in site execution and construction management.

candidates with 3 - 6 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in supervising day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and other site personnel.
- Check dimensions, levels, alignment, and quality of construction work.
- Assist in quantity measurements and preparation of material requirements.
- Monitor the usage and availability of construction materials at site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved methods and safety procedures.
- Read and understand civil/structural drawings and communicate requirements to the site team.
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, measurements, and documentation.
- Assist senior engineers in planning and scheduling site activities.
- Identify site issues and report them to the project/senior engineer.
- Coordinate with other disciplines such as MEP, architectural,



and structural teams where required.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with site safety requirements.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Candidates with 3 – 6year of experience in construction/site engineering.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at construction sites and learn practical site execution.
- Ability to work as part of a team and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of quantity estimation and measurements.
- Basic understanding of concrete, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures is an advantage.
- Knowledge of surveying and basic leveling is an advantage.
- Ability to prepare daily progress reports.

Salary: 10,000/- to 25,000/- per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
