Queens Interiors Factory is a modular interiors manufacturing and execution company based in Kammasandra, Anekal, Bengaluru.

Our manufacturing unit enables us to deliver quality modular interior solutions for homes and residential projects, including modular kitchens, wardrobes, bedrooms, TV units and other interior requirements.

We are growing our business and looking for an energetic Business Development Executive who can help us connect with architects, property developers, builders and potential clients and convert new opportunities into successful projects.

POSITION

Business Development Executive – Home Interiors

SALARY & INCENTIVES

Fixed Salary: UPto ₹40,000/month

PLUS HIGH INCENTIVES ON EVERY DEAL CLOSED

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Any of the Following Industry :

- Interior / home interior sales
- Real estate sales

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Meet architects, property developers, builders, real estate professionals and potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify current residential projects, apartments, homeowners and potential interior projects.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of potential clients.
- Develop long-term business relationships with architects, developers and industry professionals.
- Meet potential clients and understand their interior requirements, budget and timelines.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Present Queens Interiors Factory’s modular interior solutions and project capabilities.




- Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, designs and project requirements.
- Negotiate with clients and close deals successfully.
- Take ownership of the sales process from lead generation to final deal closure.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings and follow-ups.
- Generate referrals and repeat business.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to generate leads independently.
- Strong follow-up and sales conversion skills.
- Confident and comfortable meeting architects, developers and clients.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel across Bengaluru for meetings and site visits.
- Knowledge of interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture or construction is an advantage.
- Two-wheeler is compulsory.
- Valid driving licence is compulsory.
