JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist customers with new bank account opening.
- Collect and verify KYC documents.
- Explain account features and banking services.
- Support customers in completing application forms.
- Ensure accurate documentation and data entry.
- Coordinate with the banking team to complete account-opening procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of KYC documentation preferred.
- Willingness to work in the field, if required.
