- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and payment options to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
