A telecaller is a frontline professional who communicates with prospective or existing customers via phone, email, or chat to generate leads, drive sales, provide support, or gather feedback on behalf of a company.
- Make and receive calls: Handle outbound calls to pitch products, services, or campaigns, and manage inbound calls for customer inquiries.
- Lead generation & qualification: Identify prospective buyers, assess their interest, and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
- Objection handling: Address customer questions, resolve complaints, and present alternative solutions while following company scripts.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
