Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of on-the-job training (OJT), train-the-trainer (TTT), training needs identification (TNI), and training needs analysis (TNA).
- Proven experience in classroom training and training delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate participants.
- Ability to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Familiarity with ecommerce principles and practices is essential.
