We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our New Product Development department at a well-known Special Purpose Machines manufacturing company located in Turbhe MIDC, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mechanical engineering, with experience in SolidWorks and 3D AutoCAD. This role involves the design and development of special purpose machines, requiring a solid understanding of machine building and SPM design.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design special purpose machines, ensuring they meet industry standards and client specifications.
- Utilize SolidWorks and AutoCAD for sheet metal and machining parts design.
- Prepare General Arrangement (GA) layout drawings of machines and equipment.
- Create and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) and perform cost estimation for projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and the purchasing department to ensure timely procurement of materials.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and 3D AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and practices.
- Experience in the machine building industry and special purpose machine design.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
