We are seeking a dynamic IT Support Executive to join our leading corporate company located in BKC, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support to users for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. This role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows operating systems, desktop applications, and peripherals. The IT Support Executive will also troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook, email configuration, connectivity, and common user issues. Additionally, the candidate will handle basic server monitoring, troubleshooting, and user access-related issues.

Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and system-related problems, as well as troubleshooting virus, malware, and security-related issues to ensure systems are protected. The role also requires performing installation and configuration of software, operating systems, antivirus,



and required applications. The IT Support Executive will manage user accounts, passwords, system access, and basic network connectivity, while maintaining IT assets, inventory, and records of hardware/software. Coordination with external IT vendors/service providers will be necessary whenever required.

The successful candidate should have a solid background in IT support, with experience in handling various IT-related issues and a solid understanding of hardware and software systems. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.
