Role Description The Human Resources Intern role is a full-time remote position supporting HR operations across Talent Tasker’s global freelance marketplace. The intern will assist with maintaining HR records, helping implement HR policies,



and supporting personnel management for internal team members and contracted staff where applicable. Daily responsibilities include coordinating onboarding activities, assisting with employee benefits administration, and helping respond to HR-related inquiries from team members. The role also involves gathering data for HR reports, supporting compliance documentation, and contributing to HR process improvements and employee engagement initiatives. The intern will collaborate closely with HR leadership to gain hands-on experience across core HR functions in a remote, rapid-paced environment.
Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with interest in developing practical experience in a professional setting.
• Understanding or coursework related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits, with the ability to support documentation and basic administration.
