Role Description This full-time Event Coordinator role is an on-site position based in Coimbatore. The Event Coordinator will plan, organize, and execute company events, including client meetings, promotional activities, and corporate functions. Responsibilities include managing event timelines, coordinating with vendors and venues, overseeing logistics such as setup and scheduling, and ensuring all materials and resources are prepared. The role involves working closely with internal teams and clients to understand event objectives, communicating updates,



and resolving issues that arise before or during events. The Event Coordinator will also support event-related marketing, assist with budget tracking, and provide post-event reports and feedback to improve future events.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Event Planning and Event Management skills, with experience organizing and coordinating events of varying sizes.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders professionally.
