Role Description The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales operations for Mr Gardenr’s product portfolio, focusing on both B2B and B2C channels. This full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad includes managing key customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, and nurturing long-term client relationships. The Sales Manager will plan and execute sales strategies, monitor market trends,



and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize promotions, pricing, and inventory. Daily responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales team, setting targets, tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular sales reports for leadership. The role also involves participating in trade events, visiting clients, and gathering customer feedback to continuously improve the sales approach and customer experience.
Qualifications

• Proven skills in sales strategy, business development, and account management, preferably in consumer goods, home décor, or gardening-related products.
