Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Trivandrum. The Salesperson will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and present OOH advertising solutions that align with client marketing goals. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and cold outreach, conducting client meetings,



preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution, tracking sales performance, and providing regular updates and reports. The Salesperson is expected to stay informed about market trends in advertising and actively contribute to revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Basic knowledge of marketing and advertising concepts, ideally with exposure to OOH or media sales.
• Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, meetings, and follow-ups.
