1. About Pyramed 360
Pyramed 360 is a hospital-network development and revenue-enhancement solution designed to help hospitals strengthen their hub-and-spoke referral networks, optimise existing marketing efforts, and generate additional patient footfall and revenue by building stronger relationships with referring doctors and clinics.
We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager who can communicate this value proposition convincingly to hospital administrators and convert prospective hospitals into paying customers.
2. Role Objective
The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager is to identify prospective hospitals, reach the appropriate decision-makers, generate qualified sales meetings, present the advantages of Pyramed 360, and convert prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify prospective hospitals and the appropriate decision-makers, including hospital administrators, CEOs, directors, and owners.




• Conduct tele-calling to introduce Pyramed 360 and generate interest.
• Schedule conference calls and online presentations with hospital decision-makers.
• Explain how Pyramed 360 can strengthen referral networks, improve patient inflow, and enhance hospital revenue.
• Arrange physical meetings and demonstrations wherever required.
• Conduct regular follow-ups, address objections, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and submit regular reports on leads, meetings, proposals, and conversions.

Candidate Profile
• Graduate in any discipline; business or marketing qualifications preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales, business development, healthcare sales, or institutional sales.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Confidence in interacting with senior hospital administrators and management.
