Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration for UPVC window profiles within an assigned territory. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts, and conducting regular market visits to track competitor activity and customer needs.



The role involves preparing and executing sales plans, negotiating pricing and contracts within company guidelines, and collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. The Area Sales Manager will also monitor sales performance, prepare reports and forecasts, and participate in trade events, product demos, and training sessions to promote the brand and strengthen market presence.
