Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Noida. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job requirement intake, role briefing with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews,



and coordinating further interview rounds. The role involves maintaining candidate pipelines, updating recruitment tracking systems, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. The HR Recruiter will also support offer negotiation, pre-onboarding communication, and documentation, while collaborating with internal teams to meet hiring targets and timelines. Regular market research on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices will be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
