Role Description: This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Gorakhpur, with flexibility for some tasks. The specialist will generate and qualify leads, follow up with prospective buyers, and manage client interactions from initial inquiry through closing. Daily responsibilities include conducting property presentations, coordinating site visits, maintaining updated listings and marketing materials, and supporting promotional campaigns both online and offline.



The role involves collaborating with management to develop sales strategies, tracking performance metrics, and providing feedback to improve marketing initiatives and customer experience.
