About the RoleGauri Buildcon Pvt Ltd is looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee attendance, payroll coordination and HR administration for its civil construction projects.
The successful candidate will coordinate with project teams and construction-site personnel to ensure timely recruitment, accurate attendance records and effective monthly payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities• Manage recruitment for Site Supervisors, Foremen, Site Engineers and other construction-site personnel.
• Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records and manage attendance using PagarBook.
• Consolidate attendance records from multiple construction sites and coordinate with site reporting managers.
• Prepare and verify monthly salary calculations based on attendance, leave, overtime and approved deductions.
• Coordinate employee advances, salary adjustments and full-and-final settlements.
• Maintain employee documentation, leave records and other HR reports using MS Excel and relevant HR tools.
• Respond to employee queries and coordinate with project managers regarding manpower requirements.
• Follow up on pending attendance approvals and payroll discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
Required Skills and Experience• Previous experience in HR administration, recruitment or payroll coordination.
• Practical knowledge of PagarBook or similar attendance and payroll systems.
• Understanding of attendance reconciliation and monthly salary calculations.
• Experience recruiting construction-site employees is preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and employee record management.
