We’re looking for a high-ownership YouTube Manager to drive the growth of our CA YouTube channels at Physics Wallah.
This is not just a role to manage uploads or chase views. You’ll be responsible for building and scaling the YouTube growth engine — from content strategy to audience growth and conversions.
What you’ll own:
• End-to-end YouTube channel performance
• Content strategy across Long-form, Shorts & Playlists
• Growth, engagement & conversion
• Analytics — CTR, retention, watch time & content performance
• Identifying trends, formats & viral opportunities
• Competitor tracking and content benchmarking
• Shorts editing & thumbnail design when required
• Data-driven insights and stakeholder management
What we’re looking for:
✅ 3–5 years of experience in managing/growing YouTube channels
✅ Strong understanding of YouTube algorithm, formats & virality
✅ Experience in EdTech / Education content is preferred
✅ Robust execution skills with a high-ownership mindset
✅ Hands-on understanding of Shorts & thumbnails
✅ Someone who is proactive, trend-savvy and moves fast
