Role Description The Store Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, including receiving, checking, and storing materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring timely issue of stock to internal stakeholders. The Store Executive will oversee stock levels, track material movements, coordinate with purchasing and operations teams, and maintain proper documentation and compliance with internal procedures.



The role involves interacting with vendors and internal teams, ensuring orderly storage, optimizing space utilization, and supporting periodic stock audits and reconciliations.
Qualifications

• Customer-facing skills, including strong Customer Service and clear Communication abilities.
• Retail and Sales skills to manage store operations, product handling, and vendor or stakeholder interactions.
• Commerce-related knowledge to understand basic stock valuation, billing, and store documentation processes.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in record-keeping, and familiarity with inventory management practices.
• Ability to use MS Office or inventory software, and to work effectively in an on-site, team-based environment.
• Prior experience in stores, warehouse, or inventory control roles in industrial or related sectors is an advantage.
