The role: Senior sales associate
Our customers find us on Instagram and our website, and they buy through conversations. You’ll do three things:
• Turn warm inbound leads into high-value orders over WhatsApp, DM and calls
• Guide customers through designs, pricing and customisation like a trusted advisor
• Build relationships that bring customers back for every wedding, festival and milestone
You’re right for this if you have
• At least 3 years in high-ticket sales (jewellery, luxury, real estate, premium services)
• A track record of hitting or beating targets
• Comfort selling over chat as well as on calls
• The ability to join immediately
