Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Control Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Control Engineer will design, develop, and implement control systems for winding and related machinery, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation. Daily tasks include programming and configuring motion control systems,



integrating robotics where applicable, and collaborating with electrical and mechanical teams to optimize machine performance. The role also involves diagnosing and troubleshooting control-related issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. The Control Engineer will support commissioning, testing, and continuous improvement activities on the shop floor, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and best practices.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Process Control, including control system design, tuning, and optimization.
• Candidates should possess solid Electrical Engineering skills, with knowledge of control circuits, sensors, actuators, and industrial automation components.
• Candidates should possess troubleshooting skills for diagnosing control, electrical, and system-level issues on production machinery.
