Role Description The Associate Psychotherapist will provide individual, couple, and group psychotherapy, including intake assessments, ongoing treatment, and periodic reviews of progress. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sessions,



maintaining ethical and accurate clinical documentation, collaborating with supervisors and peers, and participating in case discussions and team meetings. The role also involves contributing to psychoeducational workshops, groups, and mental health programmes, as well as supporting the development of resources and tools that extend care beyond the therapy room. This is a full time role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-person sessions and meetings with some work-from-home flexibility. The Associate Psychotherapist is expected to uphold trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and developmentally appropriate practice aligned with Evolve’s values.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to integrate different therapeutic approaches in a thoughtful, client-centered way.
