Role Description The Service Advisor role is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Service Advisor will welcome customers, understand their vehicle concerns, and document service requirements accurately. This role involves coordinating vehicle check-in, explaining recommended services and repair options, and providing transparent cost and time estimates. The Service Advisor will liaise with the workshop team to monitor progress, keep customers updated, and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.



Day-to-day responsibilities also include handling customer queries, managing service records, promoting aftersales products and services, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused service skills, with a commitment to Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
• Ability to provide Customer-focused Service and support Aftersales activities, including service follow-up and retention.
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and workshop teams.
• Prior experience in automotive service, dealership operations, or related customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Basic technical understanding of vehicles and service procedures to explain issues and solutions clearly.
• Proficiency in using dealership management or service software and standard office tools.
