Aswani Developers is looking for an accomplished Business Development Manager to join our team and play a
key role in driving the company's next phase of growth.
We are seeking a commercially driven real estate qualified with strong industry relationships, excellent
negotiation capabilities, and a proven ability to identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and successfully
close transactions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential and commercial real estate
• Build and strengthen relationships with brokers, consultants, channel partners, corporate clients, and other key
stakeholders
• Drive the complete business development cycle - from lead generation and client engagement to negotiation
and deal closure
• Develop and execute business development and sales strategies aligned with company objectives
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and project teams to align offerings with market and client requirements




• Represent Aswani Developers at industry forums, exhibitions, networking events, and key client meetings
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
• 7-8 years of relevant experience in real estate or construction business development/sales
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Management, Marketing, or a relevant discipline
• Strong network within the real estate ecosystem
• Demonstrated ability in business development, negotiation, relationship management, and deal closure
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable operating in a performance-oriented environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing
