Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to expand our business across India and international markets. The ideal candidate will have solid connections within the plastics, packaging, textile, recycling, or FMCG industries and a proven track record in domestic and international B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase rPET sales in India and abroad.
• Identify and develop new customers in the packaging, textile, plastics, and FMCG sectors.
• Expand the company’s domestic and international customer base.




• Manage existing customer accounts and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and commercial conditions with domestic and international buyers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing developments, and regulatory changes relating to PET recycling.
• Coordinate with production, quality, finance, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Develop export opportunities and partnerships in international markets.
• Represent the company at domestic and international exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, and sustainability forums.
• Prepare sales forecasts, customer reports, and market-development plans for management.

Qualifications and Skills• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
