About the Role
Gradiante is looking for enthusiastic GenAI and Agentic AI Developers and Interns to work on building intelligent applications, AI agents, and enterprise-grade AI solutions. This is an prospect to work with emerging AI technologies and contribute directly to products used to solve real business challenges.

What You'll Do
• Develop GenAI applications using LLMs, prompt engineering,



and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Build AI agents and agentic workflows for business automation and intelligent decision-making.
• Work with Python, APIs, vector databases, and AI frameworks.
• Experiment with different AI models, tools, and architectures to improve solution performance.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions.
• Explore new developments in GenAI and translate promising ideas into working prototypes.

What We're Looking For
• 0–2 years of experience in software development, AI, or related technologies.
• Familiarity with Python, LLMs, GenAI concepts, or AI application development.
• Understanding of APIs, data structures, and basic software engineering principles.
• Curiosity to experiment, learn, and solve complex problems.
• Academic projects, internships, or personal projects in AI are a plus.
