Role Description The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers, presenting company projects and offerings, and supporting the sales cycle from initial inquiry to closure. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site visits, explaining project features and pricing, responding to customer queries, maintaining accurate records of leads and follow-ups, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely documentation and smooth transactions.



The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, participating in local marketing and promotional activities, and providing regular sales reports to management. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring consistent in-person interaction with clients and team members.
Qualifications

• Solid customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
• Effective communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and local language proficiency.
• Ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and basic sales documentation with attention to detail.
