Role Description The AM Training role is a full-time, in office position based in Ahmedabad. This role focuses on planning, delivering, and evaluating training programs for teams, with an emphasis on improving performance, product knowledge, and service quality. Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments,



designing training modules, facilitating classroom and small-group sessions, and providing ongoing coaching and support. The role also involves collaborating with business leaders to align training initiatives with organizational goals, tracking training outcomes, and preparing reports and feedback for continuous improvement. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all participants receive clear, effective, and engaging training experiences.
