Role Description

The Center Manager role at Pranodha Healthcare is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. The Center Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include supervising the multidisciplinary team, streamlining workflows, engaging with stakeholders, maintaining compliance with healthcare standards, and driving patient satisfaction. Additionally, the manager will coordinate administrative tasks,



develop operational strategies, and foster a positive and effective work culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, with experience in overseeing multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational and operational skills, including workflow management and process optimization
• Knowledge of healthcare standards, compliance, and patient care protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with staff, stakeholders, and patients
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle challenges in a dynamic healthcare environment
• Proven experience in healthcare management or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related discipline is desirable
