Role Description The BIM Modeler role at RDS is a full-time, in office position based in Infopark Koratty. The BIM Modeler will create,
develop, and maintain detailed BIM models for architectural and structural disciplines, ensuring accuracy and consistency with project standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting design and construction drawings, coordinating with design and engineering teams, and updating models to reflect design changes and site conditions. The role involves preparing model-based construction documentation, assisting in clash detection and resolving coordination issues, and supporting project planning by providing accurate quantities and model information. The BIM Modeler will collaborate closely with project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of models and contribute to continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience working with BIM authoring tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks or similar).
