Role Description The Safety Steward is a full-time, on-site role based in Mengio, responsible for supporting and monitoring safety practices at project and facility locations. The role involves conducting routine safety checks, assisting in toolbox talks,



and ensuring compliance with company safety policies and regulatory requirements. The Safety Steward helps identify potential hazards, reports unsafe conditions, and supports corrective actions in coordination with supervisors and safety officers. Daily responsibilities include maintaining safety logs, supporting emergency preparedness, promoting secure work behaviors, and helping train team members on basic safety procedures. The role also involves coordinating with operations teams to ensure that safety standards are integrated into work planning and execution.
Qualifications
