Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Intern role based in Pune District. The intern will support lead generation by identifying potential clients such as schools, colleges, academies, corporates, and sports enthusiasts, and maintaining accurate records of outreach activities.



Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research on sports facilities, coaching trends, and event opportunities, as well as analyzing competitor offerings and customer preferences. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers through calls, messages, and in-person interactions, explaining Blaze Olympia’s services, and coordinating meetings or venue visits. The intern will assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports, support event planning for corporate and institutional clients, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives.
