Role Description The Spanish Support Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves providing customer and client support in Spanish, handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails or chat queries, and ensuring professional, courteous communication at all times. The Spanish Support Executive will manage administrative and clerical tasks related to customer records, documentation, and follow-ups,



maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in internal systems. The position also includes coordinating with other team members and departments to resolve issues efficiently, escalating cases when necessary, and contributing to a positive customer experience. The role requires consistent adherence to company policies, service quality standards, and performance targets.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including fluent spoken and written Spanish and good English, with professional Phone Etiquette.
