Role Description The Accountant role is a full time, on-site position based in Trivandrum. The individual in this role will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, tracking payables and receivables, assisting with budgeting, supporting month-end and year-end closing, and generating financial reports for management. The Accountant will also help ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation rules, and internal controls, while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders such as auditors and vendors.
Qualifications




• Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, journal entry posting, and account reconciliation.
• Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting and analysis, including preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow summaries.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in taxation and compliance, such as handling GST, TDS, and statutory filings relevant to Indian regulations.
• Candidates should possess experience with accounting software and office tools, such as Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel, and basic data management.
• Candidates should possess attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, auditors, and external partners.
