Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Agent role based in Thiruvananthapuram. The Customer Service Agent will handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, providing timely and accurate information. The role includes resolving issues, logging interactions in the system, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The agent will collaborate with internal teams to address complex requests,
