Role Description The Performance Marketing Professional role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mulshi. The professional will plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Daily tasks include analyzing campaign data, conducting A/B tests, managing budgets and bids, and collaborating with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ads.



The role also involves monitoring key performance metrics, preparing reports and insights for internal and client stakeholders, and ensuring all campaigns comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. The professional will actively contribute to strategy discussions, identify growth opportunities, and support ongoing improvements in marketing processes and tools.
