Role Description The Business Development Executive, SMB is a full-time, on-site role based in the Gurugram, India. This position focuses on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and supporting the growth of Pomo’s customer base. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads through outbound and inbound channels,



conducting market research to identify target segments, and engaging prospects via calls, emails, and meetings to understand their marketing needs. The specialist will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to tailor value propositions, prepare proposals and demos, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems. The role also involves gathering feedback from prospects and customers to inform product improvements and contributing to sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.
Qualifications
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding B2B SMB sales quotas, driving end-to-end deal cycles, and generating quality pipeline in SaaS or MarTech environments.
