We are looking for an energetic, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can identify potential brands, build solid client relationships, pitch creative ideas, onboard clients, and close business deals.
Key Responsibilities• Identify and research potential brands and business opportunities.
• Find relevant decision-makers through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
• Initiate conversations with brands through LinkedIn outreach, emails, and calls.
• Prepare professional presentations, pitch decks, and influencer marketing proposals.
• Understand client requirements and suggest relevant campaign ideas.
• Manage the complete business development cycle,



from prospecting and pitching to client onboarding and deal closure.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Follow up with prospects and convert business opportunities into clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Communication is the most important requirement for this role.
• Ability to confidently communicate with brand managers, marketing heads, and decision-makers.
• Experience in client onboarding, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Ability to create professional pitch decks and presentations.
• Good understanding of LinkedIn prospecting and outreach.
• Strong research skills to identify the right brands and business opportunities.
• Energetic, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of responsibilities
