Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Caller at BrandShala. The Sales Caller will engage prospective clients via phone and online calls, introduce BrandShala’s services,



understand their business needs, and clearly communicate how the team can support their growth. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, scheduling discovery calls or demos, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools or spreadsheets. The role involves following up with warm leads, coordinating with internal teams to understand service offerings and pricing, and supporting the closing of project-based or monthly contracts. The Sales Caller is expected to meet call and conversion targets while providing a professional, consultative experience to every potential client.
Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to build rapport quickly over calls.
• Experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer outreach, preferably in digital services, marketing, or creative industries.
