• Experience in listed companies, manufacturing organizations, or large corporate treasury functions preferred
• Exposure to fund raising, banking, investor relations, and credit rating processes desired

Job ProfileWe are looking for a Chartered Accountant with 10-15 years of experience in Treasury, Banking, Fund Raising, Corporate Finance, and Capital Markets within a listed company, large manufacturing organization, NBFC, infrastructure company, or diversified corporate group.
Key Responsibilities1. Borrowings ManagementFund Raising & Banking Relationships
• Develop and manage relationships with existing and recent banking partners.
• Lead working capital renewal, enhancement, and sanction of term loans, project loans, and structured financing facilities.
• Evaluate funding options to support business expansion,



capex plans, and strategic initiatives.
• Negotiate sanction terms, pricing, covenants, security structures, and financing documentation.
• Prepare business plans, CMA data, financial projections, and information memoranda required by lenders.
• Ensure timely submission of information and resolution of lender queries.

Borrowing Cost Optimization
• Drive initiatives for reduction in finance cost through refinancing, repricing, and restructuring of facilities.
• Monitor interest rate trends and evaluate opportunities for cost-efficient borrowing structures.
• Assess and implement suitable treasury products and funding solutions.

2. Banking Compliance & Security Profile Management• Ensure compliance with all financial and non-financial banking covenants.
• Monitor security creation, charge registration, mortgage and hypothecation documentation.
