Role Description The Territory Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra. This position is responsible for managing sales and distribution activities within the assigned territory, including building and maintaining relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers. The role involves planning and executing territory sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and identifying current business opportunities.



The Territory Manager will conduct regular field visits, provide product information and support to customers, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely supply, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets. The role also includes reporting on territory performance and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in territory or regional sales management, preferably in fertilisers, agrochemicals, or related industries.
• Strong skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and business development.
• Ability to analyze market data, track competitor activity, and develop effective sales plans.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with frequent field travel within the territory and working on-site with customers and partners.
