Eligibility:
- B.Tech Degree or Polytechnic Diploma (Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or related technical fields).
Experience:
- Professionals with hands-on experience in telecommunications, ISP operations, or technical customer support are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line technical support and troubleshooting for network and broadband customers.
- Log, diagnose, and resolve technical service tickets efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients to guide them through connectivity solutions.
- Coordinate with the broader network operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
