Job Role: Contractor Associate – Field Sales & Customer Consultation
Job Summary
We are looking for customer-focused candidates to promote Asian Paints Royale Play decorative wall finishes, support customers with product and shade selection, generate painting leads, and coordinate with painting contractors to ensure smooth execution of painting projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Attend customers visiting the dealer store and understand their painting requirements.
- Explain Royale Play designs, decorative wall textures, colours, and product benefits.
- Visit customer homes to assess painting requirements and take site measurements.
- Provide product recommendations, painting estimates, and quotations as per company guidelines.
- Generate new leads by visiting nearby residential areas, construction sites, and potential customers.
- Coordinate with painting contractors and schedule painting work.
- Follow up with customers and monitor painting project progress.
- Support sales growth by converting customer enquiries into painting business.
- Maintain customer details, daily visit reports, and lead records.
- Coordinate with dealers, contractors, and the sales team to resolve customer queries.
Candidate Requirements
- Any graduate, as per the hiring criteria.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Interest in sales, fieldwork, and customer consultation.
- Willingness to travel locally and visit customer sites.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence, if required for the assigned territory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on the recruitment criteria.
