Role Description The Audit Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Audit Manager will lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion, including risk assessment, audit program design, and execution of substantive and control testing. Responsibilities include reviewing financial statements and work papers, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards, and identifying areas for process improvement and risk mitigation.



The role involves supervising and mentoring team members, coordinating with clients to obtain required information, and presenting clear audit findings and recommendations. The Audit Manager will also support internal quality control initiatives and contribute to developing best practices within the audit team.
Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing Financial Statements in accordance with applicable reporting frameworks.
• Experience in conducting Financial Audits, including planning, fieldwork, documentation, and reporting.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data, identify variances, and assess internal controls.
• Qualified qualification such as CA, CPA, or equivalent; relevant audit firm or corporate audit experience at a supervisory level.
