About the Role :
As a Business Development Trainee, you will work alongside our sales team on real leads and real clients. You will learn how B2B technology sales works end to end: finding prospects, reaching out,



following up and supporting proposals. This is a structured, paid training program, and strong performers are offered a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities
• Research potential clients, industries and business opportunities
• Support lead generation through email, LinkedIn and other digital channels [and outbound calling]
• Write professional outreach emails and handle client follow-ups
• Maintain accurate lead and client records in the CRM and sales databases
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand and document client requirements
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals and performance reports
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients

Training Program and Compensation
• Training duration: up to 4 months
• Training pay: Up to ₹20,000 per month
