Sales Manager – Consultative Sales & Team Leadership

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced, senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through a combination of individual sales performance and team leadership.
This is a player-coach role, with approximately 50% of the focus on individual sales contribution and 50% on leading, developing and improving the performance of the sales team. You will be responsible for generating your own bookings and closing deals while setting the standard for the team through your own sales performance.
You should have proven experience leading inside-sales, telesales or calling teams, along with a solid understanding of consultative, value-based selling. You should know how to understand prospective guests' needs, communicate the value of our meditation and wellness offerings, build trust, handle objections thoughtfully and convert meaningful conversations into bookings.




We are looking for a hands-on leader who can combine personal sales ownership, team development and strong execution to deliver sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Individual Sales Performance & Revenue Growth

• Personally handle sales enquiries, conduct sales conversations, follow up with prospective guests and close bookings.
• Own individual sales targets and contribute directly to the resort's revenue growth.
• Lead by example by demonstrating effective consultative selling, relationship building, objection handling and closing techniques.
• Continuously refine sales approaches based on conversion data, guest feedback and performance.

2. Sales Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, manage and develop the sales and calling team to achieve collective booking and revenue targets.
